Surrogacy Notarizations, Handled With Care
Online and in-person notarizations for surrogacy journeys — for agencies, law firms, and the families you serve.
Wherever your parties are located — across town, across the country, or around the world — each signer meets with me by secure video. Signings are usually scheduled in separate sessions, allowing every party to sign at a time that works for them;
when everyone prefers to sign together, a joint session is always welcome.
For parties in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, in-person signings are also available. Every appointment is confidential, unhurried, and handled with care.
I've been a surrogate myself. I don't just know the paperwork — I know the journey, the timelines, and what these signings mean to everyone at the table.

Why agencies and firms send their cases to me
First-hand experience. I've been a surrogate — I've sat where your surrogate is sitting, and I understand the weight of every date on the journey calendar.
Scheduling that works the way your case does. Surrogacy documents are typically signed in separate sessions — the surrogate in one, the intended parents in another — so each party can sign at a convenient time, from wherever they are.
When it serves the case, all parties are equally welcome to sign in a single joint session. I coordinate directly with your team either way, so scheduling never slows the file down.
Built around your timelines. I schedule flexibly for clinic, court, and travel deadlines — including urgent appointments when a journey can't wait.
Confidential by default. Your case details stay in your case.
Nothing about your clients ever appears in my marketing.
International experience. When intended parents are abroad, I handle documents that need authentication for use in another country end-to-end — apostille facilitation through the Texas Secretary of State, with state and embassy fees billed at cost.
One invoice, clearly itemized. Texas notary fees at the state-set rates, my service fees listed separately — your accounting team and your clients both see exactly what everything was.
How it works
1. You send me the case. Your agency or firm shares the documents, the signers, and the deadline. I confirm the type of notarization from your instructions — I never choose certificates or advise on documents.
2. Your signers get a simple prep note from me. What ID to have, how the video session works, and what to expect. No surprises on signing day.
3. The signing. Each signer meets with me by secure audio-video — separately, or together in one session, as your case requires — or in person in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. I verify every signer's identity and perform each act under Texas law.
4. Documents back fast. Online signings are emailed to you and ready to download immediately after the session ends — no waiting. For loan signings and in-person appointments, I provide scanbacks, with originals couriered when you need them.
Common signings in a surrogacy journey
Your agency or attorney prepares the documents; I notarize them as directed — including agreements and consents, affidavits, authorizations, and related forms, plus post-birth and travel documentation that needs notarization or apostille facilitation.
