Cancellation & Refund Policy
I value your time. Please read these terms before you book — they cover deposits, cancellations, no-shows, and refunds.
Appointment Deposits
$50 — apostille, loan signing, and courier.
$25 — mobile and general notarizations, facility signings, I-9 verification, and consultations.
$15–$25 — smaller services.
Printing is paid in full in advance, and there is no deposit for online notarizations.
Deposits, travel, and service fees are separate and always agreed before your appointment. Your deposit is applied to your total when your appointment is complete, and your appointment is confirmed once your deposit is received.
Cancellations and No-Shows
Please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule — call or text (682) 200-9685 or email notary@pdaenterprise.com.
A no-show is not arriving without notice, or cancelling less than 24 hours ahead. For a first occurrence, your deposit is forfeited, and I'll reach out with a reminder and a chance to reschedule.
Refunds
A completed notarization can't be refunded — notary fees are set by Texas law (Texas Government Code §406.024) and earned when the act is performed.
For services not yet rendered:
Cancel with 24 hours' or more notice and advance payments are refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
If I cancel or can't complete your appointment for a reason on my end, you get a full refund including the deposit.
Printing is refundable only if not yet done.
For apostilles, government fees already paid and shipping already incurred can't be recovered once your documents are submitted.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email notary@pdaenterprise.com within 3 days of your original payment date. Refunds go to your original payment method, and timing depends on your bank.
